 
	Ingredients:
 
450g cubed sweet potato 
1 cup cubed beef
1 diced, medium tomato 
1 diced medium onion
1 diced carrot
½ cup diced vegetable greens
 
1 tsp salt
8 cups water
Method:
 
Cook all vegetables and beef in water until tender.
Add the sweet potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Add salt and other spices to taste.
