 
	Ingredients:
 
1 kg spinach
	
250g arrowroot
60g oil	
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
	
2 green chillies, chopped
½ tsp ginger
½ cup water/chicken stock
salt to taste
Method:
 
Wash spinach. Peel and roughly dice arrowroot. 
Heat oil and fry onion. Add arrowroot, cumin, chillies, ginger, water/stock and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add spinach, cover and steam for 2 minutes or until cooked.
