 
	Ingredients:
 
500 gms fillet steak 
 
3 small cucumbers
 
1 tsp salt
 
pinch chilli powder
  
2 Tbl peanut oil
  
Tbl soy sauce
 
4 Fuji fruit (non-astringent persimmons)
 
1 Tbl sesame oil 
 
1 tsp sugar
 
2 cloves crushed garlic
 
 ¼ cup sesame seeds, toasted in dry pan
Method:
 
Cut the steak into thin strips. Mix garlic, sugar, chilli powder, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil and combine with meat. Leave to stand for about 1 hour in refrigerator. 
Cut cucumbers lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into slices. De-seed Fuji Fruit and dice into fine segments.
Heat oil and stir-fry steak on high for apout 3 minutes. Stir in fruit and reduce heat. Cook until cucumber and Fuji Fruit are hot, but not soft. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Serves 6.
