 
	Ingredients:
 
4 ozs butter
¾ cup S.R. flour 
3 passionfruits
½ cup icing sugar 
¼ cup cornflour
 
1 egg
Method:
 
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together, then add egg and  sifted dry ingredients alternately with passionfruit pulp. 
Press mixture into a greased lamington tray. Bake in a moderate, slow oven for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Ice when cold and cut into squares.
