BUKO SALAD (GREEN COCONUT)
Ingredients:
4 green coconuts, shredded
1 cup tropical fruit cocktail
1 cup coconut gel (from Chinese shop)
1 cup sweet palm sugar (from Chinese shop)
1 small carton thickened cream
Method:
Mix ingredients. Chill before serving
