 
	Ingredients:
 
ANY FRUIT MAY BE USED FOR THIS RECIPE
1 cup soursop pulp
 
2 very ripe yellow sapote
 
1 cup pure apple juice
  
½ cup sultanas
  
½ cup cold pressed oil
 
1 Tbl (or more) chopped ginger
 
1 Tbl (or more) lemon rind
 
2 eggs
 
3 cups Whole Meal Self-Raising flour
Method:
 
Blend together all fruit ingredients and oil, then add eggs, then flour, mix well. Pour into greased tin, and bake 1 hour in a moderate oven.
