 
	Ingredients:
 
pineapple 
pawpaw 
banana
apple 
mango
 
kiwifruit
2 Tbl brandy
1 Tbl lemon juice
2 passionfruit
2 Tbl honey 
fresh cream
Method:
 
Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Thread the fruit attractively on skewers with variation in colour.
Mix together brandy, honey and lemon juice. Place the fruit underneath the grill and grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with the marinade.
Whip the cream, carefully fold in the passion fruit. Serve with the grilled fruit, allowing 2 skewers per person.
