 
	Ingredients:
 
1¾ cups mango puree 
 
400g can condensed milk 
 
2 eggs
 
2 tsp cinnamon
 
1 tsp ground ginger 
 
1 tsp ground nutmeg 
 
1 x 23cm baked pastry shell
Method:
 
Combine all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 180ºC oven for 35-40 minutes or until set.
Serve decorated with cream and fresh mango.
