 
	Ingredients:
 
2 cups flour 
 
2 tsp soda
  
1 cup sugar
  
1 tsp cinnamon
  
2 tsp vanilla
 
½ cup chopped nuts
 
2 cups chopped mangoes
  
 ¾ cup salad oil
 
3 eggs, beaten
 
½ cup shredded coconut or raisins
Method:
 
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Sift flour with soda and cinnamon into mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, coconut, nuts. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared tin and bake 1 hour 15 minutes.
