 
	Ingredients:
 
3 large eggs
	
½ cup plain flour
½ cup sugar
	
½ cup coconut
2 Tbl butter
1½ cups milk
	
1 cup mashed Mamey sapote
½ tsp cinnamon
Method:
 
Grease 23cm pie plate and dust with flour. Place all ingredients in processor or blender and process until well-blended.
Pour into pie plate and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour or until custard is set.
