 
	Ingredients:
 
  
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
 
1 cup chopped sun-dried lychees 
1 cup crushed sweet biscuits
1 cup icing sugar
2 Tbl cocoa
125g melted butter 
1 Tbl rum
coconut
Method:
 
Mix all dry ingredients together with sun-dried lychees and macadamia nuts. 
Add melted butter and rum and mix well.
Roll into balls, then coat with coconut. Refrigerate.
