 
	Ingredients:
  
1 cup sugar
½ cup of lard (not melted)
	
2 cups dried jujubes, diced
	
2 cups wheat flour
	
1 tsp soda bicarb
	
½ tsp salt	
Method:
 
Bring lard, sugar and jujubes to a boil in a pot, then set aside to cool.
Mix dry ingredients together, then mix all together.
Bake in a moderate oven.
