 
	Ingredients:
  
1 can chilled condensed milk
 
chilled juice of 2 large lemons
1 cup mashed or blended lakoocha pulp
 
1 cooked tart shell
Method:
 
Beat the chilled milk and lemon juice together.
Add blended lakoocha pulp. Pour into cooked pastry case and chill.
Note: the lakoocha fruit should be orange when ripe. The fruit has a milky sap which is sticky. It can be frozen.
