 
	Ingredients:
 
250g philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
	
250g unsalted butter
1 good Tbl vanilla
 
1 heaped Tbl gelatine
¼ cup water
	
1 cup jakfruit (any other fruit may be substituted)
2 pkts lattices biscuits
Method:
 
Dissolve gelatine in hot water, let stand to cool before adding to cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla which have been beaten together. Then add jakfruit. 
Use 1 pkt lattices biscuits for the base of cheese cake and one for the top. Chill.
