 
	Ingredients:
 
2 cups jakfruit flesh, thinly sliced
1 cup flour	
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
	
¾ cup evaporated milk
If you have a pandan tree, pound 3-4 leaves, mix with 1 Tbl water and strain.
Method:
 
Beat together eggs and sugar, add milk and flour and beat well. Stir in jakfruit and pandan juice, put into greased tin. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200ºC until golden brown.
