 
	Ingredients:
 
8 - 10 guavas
 
1½ Tbl lime juice 
 
½ cup sugar
 
1 cup cold milk
 
1 cup crushed ice
Method:
 
Scoop the pulp from the center of the guavas (you should have about 1 cup fruit). Puree with the lime juice and sugar. Add the milk and ice and process until frothy.
Makes 4 servings.
