 
	Ingredients:
 
1 ripe custard apple
 
½ cup of thick cream
 
½ cup of white sugar
 
1 teaspoon of lemon or other citrus juice.
Method:
 
Peel the fruit, squeeze the flesh through a fine sieve and measure out 1 cup of juice, add cream, sugar and citrus juice, stirring continuously. Pour the mixture into a refrigerator's ice tray and freeze until solid.
