 
	Ingredients:
 
1 breadfruit
 
4-6 rashers of bacon
  
1 large onion
 
3 large ripe tomatoes
 
2 Tbl parsley
 
salt and pepper to taste
  
100 g grated cheese
Method:
 
Put bacon in frypan until brown, take out and put tomatoes and onion (finely chopped) in bacon fat until soft, put tomatoes with bacon.
Dice breadfruit flesh and place ½ amount in a greased form, spread tomatoe mixture together with ½ of grated cheese, repeat this layer. Bake in 150ºC oven.
