 
	Ingredients:
 
 ¾ cup black sapote pulp 
 
2 cups S.R. flour
 
 ½ cup sugar
 
 ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
 
2 tsp cinnamon
 
 ½ cup sultanas
 
2 Tbl cocoa
Method:
 
Mix all ingredients well together. Then add 1 Tbl of butter or margarine and 1 cup of water (heated together till very hot).
Mix well. Cook in moderate oven for 40 minutes or microwave on medium in ring dish for 8½ minutes.
