 
	Ingredients:
 
1½ Tbl gelatine
 	
Grated rind of 1 lemon
 
1½ Tbl lemon juice
 	
½ cup hot water
 
1/3 cup sugar
 	
8 oz packaged cream cheese
 
1 carton sour cream	
 
¾ cup sapote pulp
 
½ cup chopped raisins soaked in 1 Tbl rum.
Method:
 
In blender, place gelatine, lemon juice and rind and hot water and blend well. Add sugar and cream cheese, blend well. Add fruit pulp and sour cream and blend well. Turn into a bowl and fold in rum raisins.
Turn into baked tart shell or crumb shell and chill well. Decorate with whipped cream.
