 
	Pastry Ingredients:
 
1½ cups S.R. flour
 
2 Tbl sugar
1 egg
Vanilla
2 Tbl margarine
 
1-2 Tbl milk
Filling Ingredients:
 
1 package "Philly" cream cheese
½ cup castor sugar 
small black sapote
1 Tbl brandy
300  ml cream, whipped
Method:
 
Beat butter and sugar until creamed. Add egg, milk and flour, and combine to form pastry. Bake at 175°C for ten minutes.
Beat cream cheese, add castor sugar. Add black sapote and brandy. Fold in cream.
Pour into pie shell. Chill.
