 
	Ingredients:
 
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
125 g (½ cup) butter or margarine
 
1 cup black sapote pulp
2 cups self-raising flour
Method:
 
Cream eggs, sugar and butter/margarine.  Beat well.
Fold in black sapote pulp, then sifted flour
Bake in moderate oven (180-190°C) for 40-45 minutes, depending on the size of the cake tin.
