 
	Ingredients:
  
ripe plantains 
cinnamon 
chopped pecans
 
honey
Method:
 
Peel and slice plantains lengthwise into 1 cm-thick pieces. 
Fry lightly in butter, adding cinnamon, honey and pecans.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh cream or icecream.
