 
	Ingredients:
  
mature firm green plantains
chopped onion
 
salt and pepper
 
coconut cream
 
curry powder
Method:
 
Peel plantains. Cut into large sections and boil in salted water for about 20-30 minutes until cooked. After boiling, discard the water.
Add coconut cream, onion, salt, pepper and curry powder and simmer for 5-10 minutes before serving.
