 
	Ingredients:
 
2 cups SR flour
1 cup brown sugar
 
½ tsp bi-carb soda 
2 eggs
1 banana chopped
 
250g butter
1 cup chopped mango 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
 
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, beat, then add the vanilla.
Mix in the fruit and fold in the flour, soda and cinnamon.
Spoon into a greased and lined lamington tin then bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
