 
	Ingredients:
  
6 to 8 medium-sized plantains
2 Tbl orange juice
2 Tbl lemon	juice
1 medium orange peeled and cubed
1/3 cup honey
dash cinnamon and nutmeg
Method:
 
Preheat oven to 325°F. Peel plantains, using slightly under-ripe ones. Arrange in shallow baking dish.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake 25-30 minutes or until plantains are golden and tender.
Serve hot or cold. (Bananas can be substituted)
