 
	Ingredients:
  
1 ripe avocado peeled and mashed 
 
1-2 Tbl finely chopped walnuts
  
1-2 Tbl lemon juice
 
Salt to taste
 
Method:
 
Method: Combine avocado with lemon juice and salt. Cover and chill.
Stir in walnuts and shallots. Adjust seasoning and serve with cracker biscuits.
