 
	Ingredients:
  
3 avocados
1½ cups chicken broth
 
1½ cups light cream
 
1 tsp onion salt
2 tsp lemon juice
 
1½ teaspoons salt
 
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Method:
 
Puree avocados with broth. Combine with cream and seasonings. Chill thoroughly. 
Stir in lemon juice. Garnish as desired.
6-8 servings
